It seems Justice in the Nigerian context seems to be highly dependent on who one knows and where they come from....while the gravity of what they have done is tossed aside or treated lightly. Does that seem fair to you from any angle of sane reasoning?

The United States does not have that powers to extradite a Nigerian agent whose offense is committed in Nigeria. That would mean jettisoning Nigeria's sovereignty.
