maidaboi:What value does that particular statistic brings to his rating as a player. If indeed it's actually TRUE. 2022/23 from 26 games 4 goals 🥅 2021/22 from 28 games 5 goals 🥅 2020/21 from 25 games 12 goals 🥅 2019/20 from 20 games 5 goals 🥅 2018/19 from 30 games 1 goal. 🥅 2017/18 from 21 games 3 Goals 🥅 So how did he score minmum 7 goals in the EPL for every day of the week when apart from 2020/21 when he scored 12,:he has never been able to score more than 5 goals in a season I wonder 🤔 |

Marjoribanks:Spain under Luis Enrique played that well. This was not too long ago. The top coaches play club football. That is why you don't see same quality in the national teams. Not that it can't be done. Give Guardiola Spain, Germany, Brazil or Argentina and you will see lovely play. It is a myth when people say national teams can't play that way, when the best coaches hardly coach national teams. |

Ihenzy:Again, geopolitical zone has no constitutional recognition. It is alien to the constitution. It is being institutionalised for political convenience but you can base a legal case on it. |

You are just emphazing my point. Why should we expect our National team to play like that if its only Pep & Enrique that can play that way? TheGoodJoe: |

Marjoribanks: It is because most national teams set short term goals. If we have a long term goal to play brilliantly, we would build a side that can play that way easily. Watch our movement in this U17 game from 2:08. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad4UXxijzdY |

In your own words National teams do not play that way cos they do not have good coaches now you talking long term goals. I ask why is no other country playing that way? Are you saying Spain, England, Italy do not have long-term goals? TheGoodJoe: |

lovewins:A lawyer or law student with vast knowledge should help provide answers please Miraculous Magic Paint Limited, a producer and manufacturer of Magic Paint issued a radio jingle advertising its product thus: “One bucket of Magic paint will do more than two buckets of others Awuf don jam correct” Madam Bonanza bought 1000 buckets of the paint on the strength of the advertisement and discovered that the claim Miraculous Magic Paint Limited was false. Can Madam Bonanza enforce the statement against Miraculous Magic Paint Limited? Would your position be different if the advertisement had simply read: “if you buy Magic Paint to paint your house, we guarantee that it will last for seven years” |

Marjoribanks:We have already pulled Spain out of the list. Spain plays that way. Even the current coach plays a highly offensive, possessive pattern. With World cups and Euros coming, most coaches have to deliver short term and focus on just results than building an offensive possessive pattern of play. If a National team wants to and employs a coach to play that pattern and improve with time, they will. |

The English u21 team made it to the final of the under 21 Euros and goal.com wrote an article about the last English u21 team that made it to the final 14 years ago. Surprisingly more than half of the team have already retired, mostly in their early 30s (31-34 years) . But our "Expert" in English football will come here to tell us only Nigerians retire early because we are all age cheats |

JohnBullMySon:lost one game against one of the best team in the world called Guinea-Bissau. Couldn’t even beat an Algerian second string team, lost to Algeria’s main team, lost scandalously to Portugal. We don’t have to wait till Afcon to discover that he doesn’t have what it takes to beat a very good side |

Kelechi Iheanacho has received many big offers from different clubs in Saudi Arabia. He is considering his options. He even has five top Premier League clubs interested in him. (Source: Florian Plettenberg) |
