The man said he had to apologise to JAMB for everything he had said because he noticed the girl's team was not straightforward.

Many Nigerians applauded him for taking the bold step to admit he was wrong, as some cautioned against emotional outbursts without proof .


A Nigerian man, a Google-certified engineer, has made a U-turn on his comments supporting Ejikeme Mmesoma's Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) score.

In an earlier tweet on Monday, July 3, he condemned the body for trying to downplay the girl's success, wondering how many people have been victims of the same situation. Mmesoma was accused of falsifying her UTME result by JAMB.

Genesis of Mmesoma's alleged JAMB forgery Ejike Mmesoma's 363 aggregate score was said to be the highest and praised a few weeks ago. She even got a scholarship from Innoson Vehicles.

Everything crumbled when her QR code started reading another candidate's names and scores, pointing to a huge disparity. In an earlier video, the student spoke about her innocence from forgery accusations.

The man had asked JAMB to publish Ejikeme's transcript as solid proof. The man recanted his words after the body finally released her "true" result. The engineer apologised for everything he had said about the exam body in a new tweet, adding that he found dishonesty in the claims made by the candidate and her team. Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that in light of the forgery case surrounding Mmesoma, a young man showed that creating a barcode and inputting whatever result one likes is possible. Responding to a Twitter post comparing different QR codes to add to the ongoing conversation on the girl's result, the man (@david_saint_) shared another code, asking people to scan it.

Some people even prayed that her scripts be published, at that point I heaved a heavy sigh at some people stupidity. One very unfortunate boy in real life situation said that it was glaring that the girl faked the result but JAMB should accept it and keep quiet. My heart almost left my body

Interestingly, this victim claiming hoax don cast for Nigerians dem eyes..

I was settling a fight between 2 elderly men and one okada guy that was being assaulted by these two elderly igbo men. These two elders got out of their car and they approached the okada man and began to beat him because as they claimed he almost made them hit him when they were trying to enter into their street. Time was around 11.50 pm at night and they were the only ones on the street that night.

So I jumped into the scuffle, it was two against one and I began to separate these elders. Now, they were already strangling this okada guy in the neck and I had to put all my efforts to retrieve the guy from them.

Eventually when I was able to stop them strangling this guy..these people began to call me a devil and that I am supporting an EVIL THING...lol

I asked how and they said I was supporting the guy because he is my tribe. Fortunately for me, the okada man when he was finally able to regain his speech and breath said...he is IGBO and began to communicate in IGBO for them to know.
