Some people naturally look like that. A few tips:

Mine is the opposite, i look younger than my age.. I am in my late 20s but look like a teenage. No beards, no pimples, no bumps, no wrinkles, just fresh face like that of a teenager.. And i love it..

It's good you don't take alcohol. There's no benefit in taking it. No advantage in it at all, rather you get disadvantages.
