There should be more severe punishment for this act than just ban or disqualification, like jail term or fines. This is fraud because it was intended to make a gain at the expense of others. NDLEA should be involved in this except if the culprit isn’t resident within Nigeria. They will be worrying guys smoking weed for relaxation up and down when others are taking banned substances to enhance fame and financial gain.

What comes to your mind whenever you hear doping may obviously be performance enhancement drugs, but these are not all to doping.
As a sportsman, any substance whether legit food or not which gives you any undue advantage over your fellows is regarded as doping.
It may shock you that even some of our daily food can fall in this category.

This is not me defending anybody but I hope to enlighten you that it could be possible to take banned substances ignorantly because of the type of food one eats. Most athletes know that their fluid samples will be tested and would not just willfully take banned substances.

It has nothing to do with ethnicity or race. Sometimes, ban substances can get into an athlete system without his/intentions. Tyson Fury case comes to mind. Ban substance get into his system after eating castrated boar.
