Once you put your NIN number, your name, surname and date of birth will display automatically, you can't edit or write it. Are you a Corp member or Ad-hoc staff? Because of the people that are experiencing this are mostly corp members.

Did it Shows "asterisk" or the place is just blank. But I know you can't edit your name and date of birth. After completing the other options try and proceed to the next step.

I thank God I finally completed my Application today, it has been tough all these while. For those who are unable I urge you keep trying from time to time it will work.
