In the event of rerun, assuming Bala Blu is not disqualified which of the two candidates will go for the rerun.
What is the criteria to chose from?
Did Tinubu realy come first?

I believe it is wise, economical, less confusing and security wise also to tally all the votes of the last election and declare the real winner.

If the court rule a rerun, many law suits will delay the rerun making Akpabio to be interim Presido for a long time.

I think Akpabio is praying for Rerun right now.

Question of the day.

If Tinubu is not Disqualified and remains the president after court proceedings and final verdict, then what's the need for the Rerun again? Or are u insinuating that the rerun is between OBI and ATIKU who came third and second respectively?
If the court orders for a rerun, Tinubu will have to vacate the seat while there will now be an interim government superintended by the Senate President pending the outcome of the rerun. Though the rerun should be between the first(Tinubu) and second (Atiku).
I still haven't known if Peter OBI is claiming that he won the election or he is saying that Tinubu isn't qualified to contest, or Tinubu didn't win. If he said he actually won, then it means Tinubu and Atiku didn't come second and first?

I always laugh when you guys make these silly assumptions. Tinubu is God ordained, he is ruling for 8yrs and nothing can stop that.

There'll be no need to assume, if there'll be a rerun, Tinubu must be disqualified.

If there will be a rerun tinubu will have to be disqualified on ground of dual citizenship...then it will be between obi and atiku and any other person who also took tinubu to court to challenge his victory.

Everything now rest with the judiciary to save our democracy or kill our democracy...

Whatever cancels the previous election will disqualified Tinubu. Is the election is not cancelled, Obi will be declared as rightful winner.

Since the corruption was initiated by mahmoud yakubu of INEC, I think the first line of action will be that the elections was not conducted under the stipulations of the new electiral act hence the need to reschedule a more transparent elections that will give all contenders the right platform. other issues such as 25% in FCT, vote stealing and manipulations of results sheets will be secondary facts.
I learnt your APC stooges has started preparing for a rerun.😜😜

Rerun can be on ground of 25% in Abuja, disqualifying him on the ground of drug and criminal forfeiture, Daul Citizenship he failed to declare and Certificate forgery.
