I understand your complaints on that redmi note 11. It has no split screen feature. What you have on it is floating window. I keep wondering if these features are hidden somewhere that I've not been able to figure out.
The most annoying one for me is its inability to prevent force closure of apps for even a few minutes. I'm aware that 4gb of ram is small these days, however, I've used Redmi phones of smaller rams and they did quite better than this.
Anyone having similar experience here?

Cruising my RN7pro. 3yrs, and still counting function like new.
