Try to have a business that has low
loss probability. business like long
term Farming. I mentioned Farming
because I know more about it. it's
one of the business that has
promising future in Nigeria. Energy
source that made many company fold
up is not an issue with farming. Only
issue is herdmens and it depends on
your location. if you are in Southwest,
no issue with that. So, if I were you I
will try to have a very large farmland,
like 100 acres, around 7m could by
that if you get a very cheap place.
Then explore different kinds of long
term crops, some can last 80 years,
10 years, 40 years. Crops like
coconut, pawpaw, cashew, kolanut,
bitter kola, cocoa, coffee, plantain,
banana, castor, sunflower, cotton,
pineapple, sour sop, jackfruit, miracle
fruit, hibiscus plant, sugarcane, Date
plant.
Management of tree crops is not
something serious, nothing really
special than weeding and scouting.
