Fuel subsidy is gone and gone for good. Even if you remove Tinubu which is not possible, Atiku or Obi will still not bring it back and the prices would still be determined by market forces. Either ways, nothing changes regardless of who is in power with respect to Subsidy removal. Next

This is what many of their supporters fail to understand.

What the government plans to do must be done very quickly to avoid irreparable damages.

And subsidizing the many west African countries. Drunk on cheap oil. With the free market price after subsidy removal, Nigerian oil is still cheaper than alot of neighbouring African countries.

Oga we are not spending anything, our politicians are stealing everything. We should find way nd stop them from embezzling our public funds so that the masses can breath
Imagine the Senate using 70bn to renovate only furniture.

That money can go a long way in helping the ordinary citizen.Pls u ppl should stop this rubbish notion that Nigeria is spending more than their earnings it's total bulshit.let the presidency, governors,Senate house if reps nd all those holding big positions in the givernment cut what they steal from our funds by 50% nd let the common man breath.

Corruption is the major problem of our country nd until we find way to curb it even if we make 10x if our expenditure we will still suffer.

Why must the pain be for only the poor masses to withstand? Why are politicians not also withstanding pains?? Why are they not cutting down cost of governance? They know it will never get better. Go read Nigeria history since 1960, u will know it will only get from bad to worse. Any suffering the common man is going through now, will come with no reward. Thinking suffering today will make tomorrow better is self delusion.

The minimum wage for civil servants in the state is N30,600 with a full tank of an average private car (with 60 litre tank capacity) now costing over N37, 000.

How did 30k earner buy car?

I would have agreed to what you said, if this Government has an actual plan on ground...

However, the way the president is permitting the over-saturation of cash in an Economy that is at the mercy of market forces, by just signing and approving heavy payments, makes me understand that there is no actual national economic plan in place.

The current policies are pushing towards a hyper inflation in the next few months... Just imagine if the minimum wage is raised by 200% in these circumstances?

Let's just agree that APC are currently sinking Nigeria.

One of the problem we have in Nigeria is that all this offices are not producing anything intact government is paying to make them there. There is no major benefits government is getting from them so weather they go to work or not government nearly feel the impact. We virtually import everything which is done by private exterblishments. So how will the government feel their absence. I beg let all go bac to farm 😜😜😜
