I have already booked for this medical last month. I am done with my documentation and background check with my employer and only awaiting for d COS outcome. So I decided to go ahead and do it since d tb certificate has 6months validity.

I did my certificate in Feb and it will expire on 3rd of next month, have bn trying to book for another one, haven't been able to do that. Pls how did you manage to book yours? I just want to know that it is the Police clearance that will be remaining

Your daughter's application is dependent on you, whereas you're a dependent.
Her application supposed to depend on the skilled worker who is your wife. All your documentation pertaining to her supposed to be tied to the MA not you. UKVI is trying to prevent human trafficking.

And work state date is 1st July 2023.

Please I don't understand, how would I start work already when cos was just issued 15 days after.... Please is this normal and genuine?

I’ll allow others respond because I’m not sure. Although it’s unusual for the spouse of a person to have sole responsibility when both legal parents are alive and able. My own suggestion is u still get sole responsibility document then in ur cover letter try as much as possible to address option C. Backing it up with all proof and evidence u can get. But let others weight in

Someone advised that i swear an affidavit of fact or parenthood ( nothing person no go hear for visa matter lol ), the affidavit will state that i and my wife has been the one catering for my daughter for the past 5yrs. Then i should attach letter of maintenance stating that we are both capable to cater for her wellbeing and that we have sole responsibility over her, then attach bank statement. I don't know if this will be of help the situation

Please gurus in the house should come to my aid.

My wife is the MA and i am the dependent, we have twin girls that are less than 2yrs old but i have a 13yrs daughter but wasn't married to her mother. My senior daughter has been living with us since 2yrs now and we plan to move together. We all submitted and did biometric on the 6th of July but we got this email below on the 19th July

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.
Your application is being assessed under paragraph SW 30.1 to SW 30.2. The Immigration Rules require that the applicant’s parents must each be either applying at the same time as the applicant or have permission to be in the UK (other than as a visitor) unless:

We submitted family photos, consent letter from her mother, birth certificate and other necessary documents. Please how can i handle this situation ? Was the consent letter done via Affidavit or any court process? If yes, you shouldn't have issues but if not.

There is something we call Guardianship for such kids. This would be done through the court. You should have submitted this during your application. However, if you have not submitted or you still have time to submit, visit the nearest Social Welfare Office in your State to process it.

It aligns with (b) of the requirements.

Yes naaa...na ur wife na...u have marriage certificate and same surname..

Some pple also add consent letter stating that their spouse can use their account and that they have unrestricted access to the money

. usually ...the couples that are not married but claiming civil partnership often use the consent letter.....but ive seen legally married couple also add it......so its not a bad idea
