I do think height is one major factor! I followed Atlanta cos of Lookman but it was Hojlund that caught my eyes early last season.
He was simply unplayable.
Then he got injured and his form deeped and he is yet to recover from that just like Vlahovic.
"That is why I feel mad when anyone disrespect Oshimen. One of the few strikers that comes back from injuries an improved player".
Nevertheless, Hojlund is a fantastic talent for a 20 year old.

However, based on potential and current form, I will buy Orban if I am United.
Orban hardly miss chances which is rare among strikers in today's football.
Had it been there was nothing like non-EU spot Milan would have signed him over Okafor.
Joezinho:

I don’t know why man utd can’t go and sign players with potentials.
What does hojlund have that this kid doesn’t have?

Such as?

And why do you say so? Once a player agrees with a club, they mostly don't agree with other clubs. Without agreement, there's no bidding war.

Such has?

Declan Rice
Mason Mount
James Madison
Ruben Nerves

Mbappe and Harry Kane both have a year left in their contract. We both know how much they'll be sold if they were to leave now.

Also, I don't need to explain to you how agreeing personal terms with a team is non binding. We literally saw deals that we thought were complete hijacked in the last window.

Orban is a scoring sensation upfront. He could be SE Obafemi martins type player. He is gifted with positional awareness and thrives for more goals. Finding gaps, angles and opportunities to score.

I really would love man utd to sign him. He’s Cheaper, a huge United fan and a prolific goal scorer. .He’ll do the same job as hojlund.

You’re trying to compare proven and consistent players like mbappe and Kane to an inconsistent Chukwueze. In addition to that, if mbappe and Kane are sold this season, it will be a fraction of their actual worth due to last year of current contract

i dont now but from the little i saw of Gift Orban it seems
he can play on the wings as a wing forward.
if that is the case it will be easy to fit him into the Super Eagles team
as a wing forward

Oh wow
Hope Everton won’t suffer when they lose a lot of African players during mid-season January AFCON 2024
Kelechi’s value has dropped badly

Ndidi left, anyone coming for Ndidi ?

Understand Bayer Leverkusen offer for Victor Boniface is worth €20m plus €7.5m add-ons and clauses; could include 15% sell on clause too.

Bayer consider Boniface as priority target, they hope to get it done very soon.

Zambia has a very good goalkeeper. If they get one through pass to Banda they might knick it. Japan missing chances after chances. Nevertheless those Zambia players be like farmers. lol! This is why I do not take friendly matches seriously.

This could have easily been 5nil now! Japan just wasting chances! These Zambians be like villagers put together to play professional football. No tactics just kick it to Banda and mob your opponent.

In Kome's voice. It's only a league 1 team and relegation bound teams that can sign him. He should be mixing concrete in Preston.

FIFA Yet To Give Ex Germany Youth International Defender All Clear To Play For Super Eagles
Owngoalnigeria

The chance of Nigeria having former Germany youth international Jordan Torunarigha for their final Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers game against Sao Tome and Principe has taken a huge knock, OwnGoalNigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Torunarigha represented Germany from U16 up to U23 level but has now decided to pledge his international allegiance to Nigeria, a move that is coming five years after he turned down the chance of a possible World Cup appearance with Nigeria.

In 2018, he claimed he turned down the chance on the advice of his father, a former Nigeria international in Ojokojo Torunarigha but he said he feels he is more suited to the pressure of playing for Nigeria now.

His wish has however suffered a set back with sources saying the Gent defender is yet to get the necessary papers to complete his switch of nationality process from FIFA. His application is yet to be approved.

There is no timeline for the approval, a situation which has put his chances of representing Nigeria in September in huge doubt, even though the coach of the Nigerian team Jose Peseiro is keen on having him for the game in Uyo.
