He accepted that the FCT is compulsory, but what is required is not 25% of FCT, instead 25% of 2/3 of total votes in FCT. In which case, Tinubu met it.

👉 He/she must secure not less than 25% of votes cast in at least two-thirds of all the States of the federation and FCT

2/3rds of the States of the Federation is 24 States. What is 2/3 of the FCT, which is equivalent to a State?
