Oga,the supreme court clearly said in elebeke vs apc 2021 that they have departed from diri vs degi case.that the current way to prove forgery is to call the document maker or issuing institution.they restated this in adeleke vs oyetola 2022.obi should have called NYSC to authenticate his nysc.agsin,the supreme court stated severally that as far as the surname is constant,the names are in order.degi had several surnames from wangabga,wanagha,degi,adegi unlike tinubu which is constant.

Tinubu is banking on technicalities because he knows that he has no evidence to counter any evidence.

The evidence brought by both Atiku and Obi are certified true copies obtained from INEC on subpeona. INEC is part of the suit. You don't need any call this or call that or check this or check that. Wole said that the results doesn't change from hardcopy to IREV so why are you ventilating compare this or that? INEC should have done the comparison before announcing the fraudulent results.
