There is an enemy called “a sworn enemy”. Someone who has vowed, determined or committed to harm. Never come across such a friend in life.

There are too many ways determined enemies make their attempts. Your carefulness while drinking does not matter.

An enemy can connive with someone else in a drinking place to accuse you of trying to poison him. Without your knowledge, your accusers drink is poison and only waiting for you to say you never poisoned his drink. You are then asked to taste the drink, to prove your innocence. Oti lo like that.

The long and short of it is to do good. Be kind. Be decent. Treat others with respect no matter the status. Mind your business. No know pass yasef. Reduce your alcohol, igbo, alumo, colorado, etc. No follow another woman husband or collect another man woman.

Vomiting blood has nothing to do with poisoning. I knew two people who died that way. They were heavy drinkers and drank over proof alcohol. There's only so much the stomach can take before the alcohol cuts through like acid and the blood letting begins. Do people poison others?... no doubt.... poisons can be added to anything... not only alcohol. We just need to learn the difference between friends and associates.... and learn to stop bragging.

You haven't come across Esan men who poison their victims by just staring at their victim's bottle from afar. The more you look the less you see.

As much as precautions are needed but when someone is determined to end you he will go to any length. A very rich man from my town was poisoned not with alcohol but just bottle water. His enemies predicted him too easily. On all his journey he has a particular spot he stops to rest a bit and buy his favorite EVA water. It was a routine for him so it was easy to get him unawares.

Na so they take poison one of my friend and neigbour for workplace becos of envy. A police officer. And a fine gentleman. Very jovial and easygoing. They were too envious that his promotion at the workplace were coming so rapidly. To the extent the white man who owns the company where he works like him so much. Had a special friendly relationship with him. They killed him becos of envy. Even My own Jesus drank wine.Noah drank wine,Peter drank wine,Paul approve the drinking of wine in moderation.
