pquaver: Which stupid truth !? Is Abuja Hausa/Fulani land , go and check the voting pattern of Abuja people , is like saying a Christian will not get 25 % in plateau state , Abuja is north Central and several southerners have won there and it will continue, only if you know your geography and geopolitics. |

SmartPolician: Don't mind him, he is even wrong! He thought Abuja is a Hausa/Fulani land, is like saying north will stop a Christian candidate from getting 25% in Plateau or Benue , he is ignorant of the tribes and the ethnoreligious dynamics of the place. |

[quote author=Eecho post=124591936] Mumu man , if you have been to or lived in Abuja , you would know that Northerners can’t determine who wins or scores 25 percent in Abuja . The emptiness in your brain made you forget that Buhari as a Popular Northern Politician couldn’t win Abuja but was able to get the required 25 percent. Abuja is where learned people vote not where religious bigots vote . [.quote] wailing wailers keep crying |

Kog45: You are not the one to interprete 25% in Abuja and leave Peter Obi to do more you asked him to do , that's why he is in court. |

SmartPolician:You sound unintelligent. The druggie never said 'Awa lokan', he actually said 'Emi lokan' which means it is my turn. You igbos should stop tarnishing other tribes image stylishly. I used to think you were one of the few intelligent easterners on this forum, but it seems I was wrong. |

Pauladex: I disagree with this . The people of abuja are truly the ones that see how effective and functional any government is . We see their unclothedness more . While states hold their governors responsible , FCT people hold the president more . Even more than the minister . That’s why abuja mostly vote for opposition . Majority of Northerners in abuja are mostly the educated ones . And they don’t have herd mentality like their core North comrades . However I think if the courts grant the 25% up to the Supreme Court , abuja suddenly becomes a special state . I personally don’t think it will be in the best interest of abuja . Elections here will become too intense |

Pauladex: I don't think you are intouch with reality fct compressor of people from all state of the federation ....moreover people will vote for whom the prefer . Same thing happened in lagos ...the people rejected tinubu in lagos and fct. If both centres if our unity rejects a candidate ...that candidate is indeed rejected Right now parties zone election to regions ...I don't see how the North can stop any southern from wining Abuja..if is the turn of the south..all the north have to do is to vote for there preferred candidate ...when the situation is reversed ...the south will vote for any northern of there choice . . |
Re: Obi: Failure To Electronically Transmit Results Nullifies Presidential Election by yinkkus: 9:41pm On Jul 22, 2023 |
helinues: It's either you are daft , mischievous or ignorant " Obi told the world he won the election and he was going to prove it in court" that's what he said, let the court determine the outcome of everything. INEC did not transmit presidential election results in real time , infact, months after election, uploading was still not completed. |
Re: Obi: Failure To Electronically Transmit Results Nullifies Presidential Election by littleguy444: 9:41pm On Jul 22, 2023 |
SmartPolician:What a nice write up, however don't forget Abuja also has many ghetto areas and I lived at this places more than a decade so I know what goes on there, infact this election many some areas in gwagwalada the polling units were disrupted by the action of thugs so Abuja is not all you paint it to be. To cut the story shut, Abuja is not a traditional political stronghold (at least at the grassroot level ) of most political party, however if this rule is allowed to stand it many political parties will try to establish a political stronghold in Abuja and this will create a sort of power tussle that might disrupt the peace and serenity the capital have always enjoyed. Believe me sir, if Crisis should erupt as a result of this it will be worse than Lagos I have seen crisis at Abuja and I know how worse it can be, just a small crisis last year not many of us can sleep comfortably in our home, school children are being slaughtered but you won't see all these in the news cause what happens in the ghetto stays in ghetto. |
