granted they are factoring the cost of keeping the bodies but if you want to be fair with it, how many times have they used people who are identifiable and claimable for cadaver in medical situations? Now the 103 people are unclaimed and unidentified so why dont they bow use them for medical research instead of a mass grave and then use the 61m to do something that is beneficial to the masses... The reason why is that they want to do what Nigerians do... Mind you those bodies were stored in government facilities so what is the billing for ? Are they not Nigerian?

I understand you point but I wonder is it not a government morgue? If they found that the bodies didn't have anyone to claim since why did they keep them so long?
