Don't understand what is going on here, not talks about people's experience on the road or how fuel is used or just life experiences while ehailing, it's how one is spending money on house or how he lives, I learnt quite a lot before I gave my car out for ehailing, came here trying to see if what my partner is complaining about is true, I learnt quite a lot here when trying to get a car for uber, the right app to use, the routes to avoid, the way to handle situations especially with police and the sorts, what to have on one's car and the rest, but all that's here now is just banter.

Please for us still learning the ropes can this thread go back to the way it was once was?

My partner is saying the fares on the indriver app and others Haven't been adjusted to suit the current hike in fuel , don't know if this is true or no
There has never been a time that people have not quarrelled on this thread. Let's stop this rhetoric. If you have questions bothering you, feel free to ask and you will get adequate response. If it is even interesting, you will see veterans coming from nowhere to respond to it.

To your question, indrive is very tricky. There are juicy and rubbish requests but the challenge is "fastest finger first". By the time you figure out the juicy request and you pick it, you get a response: request has already been taken. You can introduce him to cheerfulgiver's telegram group for some tips.

It’s one thing to ask question and it is another thing to be entitled about it. Giving that we don’t know what tomorrow will bring with regards to political stability. The question should be

Can a driver make 30k daily using indrive?
If he works for 5 days can he make 150k?
If indrive remove 15k, they are both left with 135k. How much does fuel takes here and how much does he have to balance him. They should first start with what the driver makes weekly.

If the tool is ok, people are doing 200k weekly, I don’t think one can spend 100k on gas.

I noticed my steering becomes stiff when I slow down and try turning (either left or right) but becomes free when I accelerate. Already topped my steering fluid so I wasn't expecting this to arise.
Any suggestions?

Car type: Corolla 2007

Thanks

UNCLE Musa.

After living in the United States for 40 years and at the age of 70, Uncle Musa finally relocated to Salagie,

This will be the life of many other Africans living abroad and building mansions back home.

Yet, he said he was working hard all his life in order to enjoy life,

That is the life of Uncle Musa in retirement?

This will be the story of more than half of us.

The best thing to do is to take mini-retirements now and enjoy the luxuries of life now that you still have the strength to do so!

We must all learn a lesson from the story of Uncle Musa.

Copied from Ibrahim Sarr .

I been think say na our pearl musa 1.0 be uncle Musa
Very valid but difficult unless u quickly cut off all urgent hse rent & school fees ties from naija.
It’s even worse now. Everybody needs help from abroad.

Thanks sharing though
CheerfulGiver said we should work hard now and play later
you said we should find time to play hard now incase we don’t get to play later like uncle musa.

Which one make we follow

Lolz...who kill am?

D reality is that we have to adjust.
Observe well, are u still seeing all those ramshackle cars on d road? It's no longer profitable for them.
So we have to go for small engines, low consumption, fuel economy cars or Hybrids or convert to CNG.

Lastly, on the Ajo and all the enjoyment you've ascribe to being a driver, I leave the joke to you.

All this shalaye no hold any water, at the end of the day, u r a hussler still struggling in life. U painted a picture before that u have arrived with ur chaff salary and kponkios travel allowances.
Leave my want and need alone, is it your want?
Now u r comparing yourself with Benz that came to pick people in Eko hotel...just imagine u. So now how different are u, of what use is ur job that cannot cover your needs, u can't fuel ur car and go to work, u are looking for passenger kitikata before u go and after u close. While u are painting picture of edorado that u r enjoying in ur job.
U should be d last person to come here and talk trash against drivers.

If u want to advise people to go d career path, can't u do that without demeaning drivers? Oh sorry I forgot u have such a low IQ. So u can't.
U have no where u r coming from either and u are worth nothing. Just a common chewing stick chopper forming ayajjjj. If not for ehailing supporting ur broke ass u for dey street. Thank God for ehailing, if I decide not to drive again from today I will not be as broke as u. If u quote me again ur mouth go bend.

You can gross 45k a day on weekdays and 55k a day on weekends on indrive Every week.

That's approx 280k for 6 days or 335k for 7 days. It's the simplest thing ever. Been saying it for 2 months now.

The salary earners on this thread have all been exposed either as drivers with salary work as side hustle because they gross more driving than thier salary, OR salary earners with cars on the platform with drivers delivering to them.

Before they advice you as usual with their rubbish, tell them to stop driving and face their salary work. Make we count scores properly.

First off, How much is he delivering?
I'm assuming it's a rental arrangement and you're handling car maintenance.
Saying they haven't reviewed prices is to enable both of you eat is a lie.
If your driver knows what he's doing praying his rent should not be an issue, balablu or not.
45k is fair and easily achievable with the new price regime. 40k is you being benevolent. Anything below is no longer business but charity.
Also, I'd say if you follow the prevailing thoughts on this thread you'd get a fair idea how his mind works.

An Indriver that grosses 280k in 7 days is better than a bolt driver grossing 300k in 7 days, like generalzod does. Told him severally he's wasting his time grossing 300k on bolt.

I did the maths on the group last week.

Depends on you. 40 - 45k in 13 hrs. For my and my crew.

If I do a driv-a-thon like I did on Sunday, 18 hrs was 82,400.
