Talking about experience, I believe their are Nigerians working in refineries or related sectors abroad that will be willing to come back home to work for him to. 11k is too much in my opinion.

Which Nigerian will leave eg the US to come work in a refinary in Nigeria and earn how much dangote will pay an Indian? No way that will happen, more so on lower level cadre. It may happen with top management level though.
When it comes to refining crude, the Indians seem to be boss on that level. I even read somewhere, they have the biggest refinary in the world.
India that in one small compound you will find a fully functional refinary.
Positive side is that overtime, Nigerians will dilute the manpower as they build up skills.

When they ask you to go to Uni and get credible and professional degrees, you don't, instead you go and collect useless degrees in political science, mass communication, sociology, philosophy and other rubbish degrees..

An Indian is the biggest shareholder in Dangote refinery. So it's expected. Nothing to lose sleep about. Lagosians should build estates & more hotels so as to benefit from those Indian workers that will eat & lodge in them.

Its not just his business alone, it's government business too . There are laws regarding expert quotas and content development in the country I hope the firm isn't flouting any of them.

Interestingly Government has 20percent stake in the company, this shouldn't be an issue because Government is a shareholder. It should ensure the right things are done at all times

The most religious country in the world has the most dishonest people. Yes Dangote should hire some Nigerians, but it cannot be for any vital or important job, unless the person has been raised abroad. It's a sad truth that must be accepted.
