The judge did not strike down the deal. She explicitly said, "I'm not going to say I'm going to accept the agreement, I'm not going to say I'll deny it,". One of the reasons she held it up was a technical constitutional matter. If you want to parrot stupid talking points at least make then factual.

You should also probably go do some research on what types of jail sentences people receive who end up paying their back taxes. Most if not all credible attorneys believe this was overcharged. That is if you actually care about learning anything. But I doubt you do. So, continue on being a useful idiot or just an idiot.

Both Bush and Obama could have theoretically been prosecuted for war crimes for their actions in Afghanistan and Libya respectively. But we all know the system will never do that.

if you target ANY human being, let alone a former president, as hard as Trump has been targeted since 2016, you will definitely find something to indict them with.

There’s a reason behind the saying that a determined prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. Dig the books deep enough and we have ALL committed some theoretical crimes. It’s all about who the system decides to target and who it decides to turn a blind eye to.

In effect the whole legislative investigations is just to revenge Trump's impeachments. At least Trump's impeachments were actual allegations against Trump himself for actions he took as president, and not allegations against his sons, his dead father or grandfather, or even his dead alcoholic brother.

There were the phone records with Zelensky, there was col. Vinman who reported the blackmail of Zelensky. There were administration officials including the European ambassador who found the call inappropriate. Even Zelensky and Ukrainian officials found Trump's request inappropriate.
For Joe Biden's, the Republicans have no allegations not to talk of proof. The is no direct allegations or even complaint against Joe Biden. The allegations are against Hunter Biden, Biden family and Biden's Business associates.
They say they want to hold impeachment inquiry to search for proof.

I still ask, where is the crime? Wiring money to 100 Bidens is not a crime. The prosecution wanted to slip in an immunity deal for any future charges that may be brought up against Hunter the crackhead
The judge refused this. Set the following conditions for Hunter Biden.
HUNTER IS REQUIRED TO:

1) NOT possess a firearm
2) NOT use or possess any controlled substances (including marijuana) unless prescribed
3) Submit to full federal supervision
4) NO use of alcohol AT ALL
5) Seek active employment
6) Submit to testing for prohibited substances
7) Participate in substance abuse therapy

PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING COULD INCLUDE

1) Immediate issuance of an arrest warrant
2) Revocation of release
3) Forfeiture of bond
4) Prosecution for contempt of court

Wow. This headline is astonishing in the fact that it is factually wrong. Whoever wrote this should have had access to one of the court reporters who took summarized/transcribed the hearing. And whatever editor read this before allowing it to go to print, should have known the headline was factually inaccurate as well. So, the takeaway is they intentionally/knowingly wrote this slanted article with an inaccurate misleading headline to propagandize to it's uneducated I assume Conservative readers. And low and behold I'm sure the Mental idiot that this poster is probably sought a headline that aligned with his believes. Didn't care that other headlines from more prestigious papers were different. Didn't care to research it himself to figure out the discrepancy. But chose instead to 100% buy into this alternate reality.

The Facts: The judge did not reject this deal. She in fact made a point of saying she was neither going to accept or reject it today. How do I know, because I actually read through one of the partial transcripts one of the in-court reporters posted. And one of the big reasons the Judge didn't was she believed there may be a separation of powers issues (Constitutional). Part of the plea deal for the gun case called for her to be the final arbiter of whether Hunter Biden broke the terms. Then and only then could the prosecutors bring charges. Now, I get why Hunter Bidens team did this. They don't want future Prosecutors (aka a Republican) to come in say he broke the deal and throw him in Jail. They would rather have a Judge review it and put that decision in the hands of a Judge. The Prosecutors and Biden were both Ok with that arrangement. But the judge argued that a Judge making the decision would make them a "gatekeeper" of Criminal charges. And only the Executive Branch can bring charges not the Judicial thereby violating the Constitution. She asked them to brief her further on the matter or maybe just adjust that element of it. And thus the reason she could neither approve or reject it. Rather technical, and for rabid braindead Conservatives not as good a narrative as the Judge declined the "sweetheart deal".

Again, you don't have to believe me. Just find a court reporter who transcribed the hearing and read it for yourself. It's not magic, it's literally the words that came out of the Judge's mouth.

It's crazy that Conservatives take advantage of the illiterate like MentalCase98.
