And for the gun charge Hunter was to be on good behavior for two years.
Judge wanted to know whether other charges would be forthcoming ie FARA.. which directly connect to his dad.
Prosecution said case was ongoing. Hunter Biden lawyer were aghast.
Turns out the deal was Hunter to go jail free if he pled to two misdemeanors AND immunity on any future charges to be brought along.
Judge saw thru.. they wanted her to accept the plea deal that would have ensured no more investigations of Hunter esp on FARA .
