saintkeppy:I thought dig ekpoudom stepped down for him.ill have preferred akan udofia, umana umana or any technocrat |
| Re: Ministerial Nominees And Their States Of Origin by saintkeppy(m): 3:12am On Jul 28, 2023 |
garfield1:The first to step down was Ekperikpe Ekpo, Akan Udofia still have a case the Governorship Tribunal, DIG Ekpoudom did not step down, he lost at the Supreme Court &he is not agile again, he may be given a juicy FG agency to head. Umana is an Ameachi loyalists, he is technically out of the picture, he played antiparty together with Nsima Ekere in the last elections, their political career is gradually winding down even if they defect to PDP, they're not sure if PDP will retain the state before the end of this year. |

Senator Akpabio is tryna chart a new course as the Political leader of the State by bring in new faces, he started that with Effiong Akwa, Saviour Enyiekere, etc. Obong Emem Ekperikpe Ekpo is a former FHoR member from Etim Ekpo. Those who engaged in anti-APC in the last elections never envisage Senator Godswill Akpabio as the next Senate President, some defected back to PDP, now the case at the Governorship Tribunal hinge on WAEC certificate forgery&alleged expulsion of Gov Umo Eno as a result from Uniuyo is giving PDP &Governor Pastor Umo Eno sleepless nights. |

Exactly what Buhari did. Putting round peg in a square hole. Nigeria right now doesn’t need politicians as ministers. We need professionalisms and expertises. People like Ngozi okonje iweala, akinwumi Adesina, Dora akunyili, are few Nigerians who are not rooted into politics but they did well and they are still doing well globally today. Na only Buhari government appoint a lawyer and a crook politician as minister for power and housing and they expect things to change. Nigeria and Favoritism. |

This is Part of the reason why Nigeria cannot Progress. In other sensible countries people will be asking what is their background or work experience. What can they contribute to the government. You will be hearing person X was a former CEO of so so or Board of Directors of soand so company. In Nigeria na state of origin quota be main criteria. |
