I think this is the first batch as The President is expected to pick a nominee from each state and the FCT, bringing the total to 37 at least. So i strongly believe that the second batch will soon be released.

Wike no need be President or Vice President to be in Aso Rock, of course he is from South-South region, the chances are slim, he is very much OK with the Ministerial appointment awaiting him even though he is still in PDP, enjoying APC Government. In the pre election battle Wike fought, he is a Winner today. Dino is not sure of winning Kogi State Governorship election, a Governorship position Wike assumed 8years ago. Wike has successfully installed Gov Simialaye Fubara of Rivers State as his successor in PDP, delivered Rivers State to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of APC in the presidential election.
Wike has achieved so much politically than Dino.

Same Dino mocked Senator Godswill Akpabio when the latter failed to return to the Red Chamber in 2019, today same Senator Akpabio is the Senate President.
Dino is trying so hard to become Governor, a position Akpabio had left behind like 8years ago.

So now will Dave Umahi forfeit the Senate for Ministerial appointment or is his name just there as a place holder, or is it allowed in the Nigerian Constitution

There was a publication that states that she is from Ebonyi State, but her husband is from Abi LGA of Cross River State, Abi LGA shares boundaries with Ebonyi State. This makes her a Cross Riverian by marriage.
She is a twin with a brother, spent all her life in Calabar, Federal Gobernment Girls College, Calabar&UNICAL are the schools she attended before obtaining MSc in Public Health in the UK.
