Getting 25% in the core north is a tall order for PO even with PDP structure.
Kaduna is doable.
Kebbi, Sokoto,Kano, Katsina,Zamfara will be very hard to obtain 25%
NE is settled bare only Borno and maybe Yobe.
NC: Plateau,Benue, Nasarawa,Niger,Fct,Kogi is bankable.
Out of 19 states in the north,11/19 for 25% at the least is obtainable.
Down south, except for SW,it will be 11/17 at least making it 22 states in total.
NB: As the election draw by, the polity changes and it becomes more clearer to gauge and predict the outcome of polls. For now,this would suffice. But it's still liable to change.
