Islie:If Nigeria were to be my privately registered Corporate Organisation, with all the grievous Management and economic Crises that bedeviled it in the past few years, where I had to disband the entire Management Team and Board and constitute an entirely new one for effectiveness, efficiency and profitability, and in two months time, the new Management of the organisation is enmeshed in the kind of chaos we currently face, I will fire the entire new management, sack all staff members from mid level to senior level, cancel all contracts with consultants that recommended and recruited the new management and then temporarily shut down the organisation for some 3 to 6 months for reorganisation and restructuring. Managers of Nigeria's economic and political affairs have failed woefully, and quite shamefully at that. |
