The military of today knows nothing about managing a nation. The way things are designed today doesn’t give any military leadership a platform to function effectively and efficiently; it is a waste of time.
The west definitely will never recognize a military leadership in africa and likewise, majority of the african countries refuse to embrace such a leadership style.

You can't view it that way.
