This is the second time helicopter has crashed into a building in Ikeja. Long ago one crashed into a building at Salvation bus stop at Opebi and now another.

That Helicopter go don reach 30 yrs before dem buy am. Though air transportation is the most dangerous form of transportation cos e dey hardly produce survivors.

It is actually the safest means. Statistically you are more likely to die crossing the road rather than flying

So guys, hate to break it to you but that was a light aircraft... NOT a helicopter. It is the type used for training people to become pilots.

In Nigeria there are two major light aircraft flying our skies.

Air travel is actually the safest form of travel.
Yes, that is true. But the same reasons that make it the safe form of travel, will flip it to the riskiest form of travel in as much as Nigeria is involved. Because corruption and nepotism will always find their way into the heart of the Nigerian setting.

It is the most dangerous. It depends on the statistics you are using to compare. In terms of the number of vehicle that ply on the road, one could actually pick the air transportation as the safest, but to me personally, it is the most dangerous based on the survival rate.
