I supported Online ALABA here each time he was accused of being dubious because the product I bought from him seemed fine even though the last one I bought its still under 1 year. Let's say 8 months, suddenly the TV display just went off, I was shocked. This TV was gotten for my mother since the TV at home was faulty. We upgraded her to 55 inches, I came to pick it up myself and took it to my mum in Akure.

I traveled home lately and my mum told me they were watching when the TV screen went blank and then came up again. So I was on the lookout for it, until when it starts going off and on then suddenly it went off and finally never came up and you will be hearing the sound of what is playing. I reached out to him, bro doesn't even know how to relate and was acting Mean, I have bought a combined market of 600,000 from you in two years. I expected more from him, from his replies. It got me bad and I'm like this is the same guy I was supporting in a thread on Nairaland, and I see the way he's replying to me like I'm disturbing him. ONLINE ALABA you need to learn to talk to your customers well, and the incessant sudden death of your TV DISPLAY is worrisome. Do something about it.

EDIT- PLEASE ITS ONLINE ALABA NOT ALABA CONNECT, kindly pardon me for the grave mistake

Oga, you bought a fckking used TV!

Why the rant on here?!

Anything can happen to TVs, most especially;
Handling- some peeps won't switch TVs of whenever theres power outage and other times those of us spraying insecticides to kill mosquitos and crawling insects..
The fumes from those chemicals destroys TV screens from the inside.

The seller didn't manufacture it.

I'm not defending anybody here, but you shouldn't spoil someone's business because of one bad deal.

You win some, you lose some.

What!!!!!

Okay this is really really scary.
Like very very very scary.

I had to check your contact and I just realised I don't even have you on my WhatsApp. Pulled up my old phone book and you aren't there either.

I don't know if this is to damp my name but I don't think this is funny.

Please, confirm.

The fact that people I don't even know have tried coming up with something like this recently is becoming scary.

I can almost swear this is a case of mistaken identity. I don't even have this contact.

please don't be unfortunate.......You are the type of people that try to push out what you can't take.... I used to work in computer village and sell used computers/laptop...if I sell anything to you,it as a 1 year warranty.....and I would always stick to it.........let customers know if there is no warranty /guarantee on what you are selling to them

Bruv, all their TVs screen or display cant be dying like chicken. This money na premium money, throwing 300k away without thinking at this dispensation is a big issue. Attending to your customers like they are a piece of shit to you is evil. Overall, someone needs to tell him to change his dealer. TV is under an industrial stabilizer that powers the whole house, also, the extension is a surge socket and the TV is plugged into 16,500 Europe standard TV Guard, like those sold in Shoprite Mall. How come all appliances including the guard working and just the TV is dead with the display?

Sorry for the inconveniences and pains.

Meanwhile, with 265k you can get a very sweet Brand new Hisense 55inc on Jumia or Shoprite with warranty.
Instead of Spending 300k on Used Sony, Panasonic or whatever.

However, I suggest you meet the seller in person to discuss a way out.

You're the fckking unfortunate nigga here.
Now, consider these scenerios;

1. If you sold me a bad computer, i'd rather meet you in person than going online to spoil your business.
If I cant kick your ass, I'd find people who can, I'll never go online to rant.

2. You sold me a computer with 1 year warranty, does that mean the computer can never get damaged within a year?!
What if it had a factor error, or I mishandled it?!

3. Out of the blue, someone came online to accuse you of selling a bad Laptop and when you check your records, you didn't sold him anything.

So, what ya say- Unfortunate man?!

Meanwhile, the TV seller said it's a mistaken identity, he did not sold TV to the complainant.
In a saner clime, this is cheap blackmail.

Maybe if you take your time well bro, there was nowhere I was tryna spoil any business. Rather made a conscious effort in trying to tell them to kindly change his supplier cos it's been pretty nonsense lately. This money is hard to get, transporting TV is not a bean and he's selling Nationwide so he can't be selling appliances with build-up issues only for you to take it home, and its dead. You need to check the header again and probably read my headline and main post.

Sorry Uncle Kunle, no offense intented.

You maybe a very busy man who values precious time but you really need to find some time to visit the seller in person.
That's how to solve problem!

You will tell him face to face that he needs to change supplier cos his TVs are dying.
Every renowned seller values Criticism/Feedback from customers, its a wake-up call hotline.

Sorry again, boda mi Kunle.
