No. People don't go to jail for that. There are civil penalties such as fines or asking for an action. No jail.

Crime pays after all, that is what this judgment is portraying here.

She sold the video defaming her for N200k and she after conviction, she was given the option to pay N150k, she essentially made a profit of N50k, which represents 25% gain on investment, not a bad investment at the end of the day.

This is absolute nonsense! The options of N150,000 in lieu of the 3 year jail terms is unacceptable. Cyberstalking is a major crime that requires stronger laws and the will power to minimize the evil.
