This has been repeatedly debunked. Trump and Giuliani were told numerous times the video was selectively edited and does not show what they claim. The indictment dedicates a whole section into the attempted Trump fraud in Georgia including this video.
One Trump Senior Campaign Advisor said of this claim "but it's tough to own any of this when it's all just conspiracy shit beamed down from the mothership."
