Convert your visit to an Open work permit before you can start a business... this visa type will be straightforward if you can demonstrate you have business opportunities that can hav an impact canada economy... I hope your business budget is over $100k

What you need to understand is that nobody is stopping you from sneaking into the US... but I can tell you... your chancing of getting the aslum in the US without any valid visa or entrying legally is 5%... you need to make research and you will see 100 of thousands of immigrants aldry in the US sneaking into Canada to seek Alsum... why is that? Because Canada aslum seeker have around 68% approval rate...

Oya compare 68% approval rate with 5% approval rate... which one sound promising?...

Thank you so much boss for this useful info,you 💯 correct,the guy that crossed from Mexico to USA said something like that,he said most of his friends that crossed the same time into USA did not seek asylum in d USA, they moved to Canada immediately, because, Canada immigration can grant their asylum in two yrs.....but wetin person go they eat,or how person is going to survive for two yrs if you cannot do any pety pety jobs?....abi person can seek for asylum in Canada, sneak into d USA,dey hustle,then,when Canada asylum request is been granted, person can now settle down permanently in Canada!?what do you think about that?

If you seek aslum in canada.. you can't leave the country until a decision has been made... if you sneak and you caught... that's rhe end of ur application... you will be required to remain in Canada as you may be called upon for some update on ur application at the immigration center.. so if u wanna seek aslum... den u must remain in Canada without taking any silly risks...


... if after 2 years you don't get approval... you will be removed!...

Crossing from Brazil - Mexico- USA- Canada is easier said than done.
It's extremely difficult.

Meanwhile of recent, Canada signed something with the USA not sure what it is but it's an agreement not to allow illegal immigrant cross into Canada anymore through land border.
Approval for asylum seeker in Canada is now 5%.

Research very well on asylum part before making any decision.
