Nobody is fighting anyone. It's just one nonentity called Chino who has been causing chaos on Nairaland. He has several accounts on this forum and has even extended his madness to YouTube. Mind you, he always claims to hail from Imo State and says a lot of unprintable things about the state.

Those who don't understand his antics end up replying him. This gets the situation messy. But those who understand him know that the best way to cage him is to ignore him. You see what you call a project? Sometimes I laugh when other states build flyovers at T junction, when they should simply control traffic with traffic lights.

Notice the pattern of this project, it's objective is not only to control major traffic. Look at the cathedral and notice the tarred road beside the elevated; this will ease movement for worshipers on that axis, plus the model schools around.
Look at the tarred road(unelevated) from world bank/street axis, there would be no need for an elevation since there's no busy institution close to that axis.
