There’s no plan that will be on ground that will do much to mitigate the effect of a 250% increase in the price of a necessity good.

Stop letting them bobo you with big grammar like palliative and such, unless you are introducing another form of subsidy, people are going to feel the effect hard.
You see why we called him a fool for an ill-planned policyhuh??

It is about 70days since he announced d removal, what has he done to maybe make people see reasons...

You saw recently d amount that was posted for unity school n probably blv d gov gives a hoot about the children outa schoolhuh

Despite that, the ripple effect of subsidy removal will kick more outa school...

Whether you like it or not, sundry expenses will still force the children out as the parents wouldn't want to pass his meagre salary on those increased expenses...
I don’t think there was any introduction of tuition fee in the unity school. Unity school still remain tuition free.

Nevertheless, what I want is the total elimination of whatever fee is being paid in public schools.

If government cannot fund school uniforms, then let student wear whatever they like, cancel registration fee also.

It should cost a Parent zero Naira to enroll their ward in a public school.

All this I hope to see starting from next year, with an education minister in place and budget approved.

It’s not an ill planned policy, it’s a policy that has been in place since 2021.

Various state governor’s have announced palliative measures.

I’ll prefer you look to your state government to ease subsidy pain than the federal government.

Causes and symptoms.

Poor Parent will send their kid to school, if they are guaranteed free meal everyday.

In fact they will pray for school to be opened on weekends.

Then edo people should protest that their governors should roll out a better palliative, that’s fiscal responsibility.

Free meal at primary level if done properly is one of the policies that will catapult Nigeria to economic prosperity.

Don’t be divorced from reality please.

Whatever argument u have in Favour of military action in Niger , this professor has addressed it in his interview with Reuben Abati.

The man even make bold that the north will not support any military action . Take ur time to watch this without a biased mind .

Noooo.....na only Ipob dey against military action as long as its against tinubu.

Funny thing is they will never raise their voice against the north who are also against military intervention.

The question u should even be asking is how many BRT routes/Corridor do we have in Lagos? Take away Ojodu Berger-CMS, Ikorodu-CMS, Abule Egba- CMS, CMS-Ajah routes and U will see that the rest of Lagos state without BRT route are on their own.

Sanwoolu's slashing of the BRT fare is a good move, but it has little impact on the suffering of the general populace. And the 50% slash is not 50 per centing . It's actually 41.67% reduction cos those routes where they charge N600 before Sanwoolu's announcement, they now charge N350 (and not N300 which is 50%). I confirmed this from those who use BRT on a daily basis.

These are the set of people you believe whatever they dish out.

They need to to go on holidays to enjoy themselves. How many months have they worked?

These people are really slapping the citizens on their faces ..cos they know nothing will happen. After all, there are foolish people that are ever ready to fight and defend them.

It is still good anyway...but the BRT route is only limited to CMS - ajah, ikorodu, berger .
More than half of lagosians doesn't ply those route so they can't enjoy the cut.

[color=royalblue]Let the country just burn and let everybody eat what they can.

Life is almost unbearable. The people are enduring beyong their threshold, then the Senate is sharing tokens for Holidays.

Not even their salary...Tokens to enjoy their holiday.

Nigerians are actually very stupid to expect any thing of integrity from a corrupt group.
