All this Kati Kati won't help the soldiers.

Definitlely these jerky actions are results of fire from ECOWAS.

The soldiers know that they can't go far or it becomes suicidal because their ranks would definitely be broken. It was just a matter of time

Illegal and futile actions.

The military will not dictate for the country that already has a democratically elected and legitimate President.

Bazoum remain the President of Niger and he has not dissolved his cabinet.

The Minority Arab must complete his 5yr tenure as President.

Go and tell this your story to the Junta in Niger republic.. grin.

Allow us to focus on the failures of your dusty Iragbiji failure!

Or better yet, go and help the Arab minority of Niger republic reinstate Bazoum as the President.

If the ordinary Nigeriens want it then why are other first world countries bothered if not for their selfish interest?
If the ordinary Nigeriens support the new government then the ousted government was pro West and Anti- Nigerien.

They can't have uranium and be one of the poorest people on earth for decades and centuries. Uranium extorted from Niger powers France while Niger is in perpetual darkness and dependent on the Nigerian government for power.
What has France done for them?

Let the will of the ordinary Nigeriens take the day. It will be tough at first but eventually they will be alright except the coupist are dishonest with their intentions.

Uranium can be used to generate electricity, why are they depending on Nigeria to give them light, that is bad.
Africa is the dumbest continent in the world, they like depending on others, too bad.

There's nothing like pattern. Stop swallowing gibberish from western propaganda outlets except you are one of them. All the countries were coup have taken place are francophone.
There's no way the coup affects the stability of the region because Niger was led by military regime from 1999 to 2010 and Nigeria had a civilian govt with no threat of coup whatsoever. Your claim is more of paranoia than reality.
However, if the underlying issues which led to the coup, such as civilian govt becoming western puppets and running the Country aground in all spheres in a bid to please the west, becomes a reality in Nigeria or any other west African country, the govt runs a risk of being toppled, if not via coup, then via revolutionary method.

And to your question, Ecowas has no business ensuring the "legitimate" rule cause no ecowas Country signed a pact that democracy is the only allowed form of govt. If ECOWAS wants to become the political system police, then it should also ensure that democratic ideals are obeyed by those in power.

And ivory Coast president just forced a third term for himself. Its that your idea of democracy?

Gbamsolutely!!!!!!!!

There was a coup in 1999 in Niger which ushered in a democratic govt in 2000. There was also a coup in 2009 which ushered in isoufou in 2011.
Throughout this period, Nigeria was under democratic rule and there were no threats of coup

All these countries are francophone
Like i told you, Ouattara in Ivory Coast unilaterally extended his term. If a coup kicks him out just like they did his predecessor, I hope you won't blame it on a pattern.
Same with Senegal's Sall. He's tottering on the edge and he knows it. Those are the people fighting for "democracy".
They are only after their interest. You can't claim to want democracy yet violate democratic tenets and cry wolf when hit with the consequences.

Is Tinubu turning to weakling? Is he truly going to eat his words? Is small Niger now greater than Nigerian military that he now wants to swallow his military threats??
