What u posted there, is it for immigrants or people who are already living in Canada and wants to be an artisan?

Have u travel to Canada or applied for a professional visa before? Or have someone who have travel Canada or applied before? When i mean professional visa, i mean skill workers visas, like Doctors, Nurse Engineers and Artisans?

So u expect people who doesn't value anything that comes from Africa to just employ u over there without proof, abi? First of all, do u know no matter how skilled u are, Canada will surely request for u to undergo a training and get certified over there before they will allow u work with them on skilled fields?

U want to go to embassy and be explaining to them during interview with just mouth that u are an artisan without any proof from a certified body, dey there they play. U go and applied first and give the feedbacks.

Oga you are not the one who formulated Canadian visa policy or requirements for artisans in Canada.

This is from Canadian Government official website.

Trade certification is compulsory in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta and available, but voluntary, in Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, British Columbia, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut

The states where certification is not required are states that need artisans for the construction industry, you don't need any certificate to work as artisans there.
All you need is to proof you have the experience required.

And where will the person get and must have work with skill, is it in nigeria or canada?

read the screenshot again it’s clearly stated there. At least 2 years experience. It can be in Nigeria or Canada. But the ones in Nigeria are usually not up to their standards so getting job offers is very hard.
