This is Xau and not eurusd. Volatility is wider

That being said, if at all, I was to trade Xau, the best thing I'd do would be to wait till 8am tomorrow.

That would be 16 hrs removed from that key zone where the sellers entered in mass around 1930.

Things should be clearer after that.

It failed to break 1913 and is looking to close the day above it.

Lesson : Never follow trends after market falls/rises for three days straight.

Exception: Mark the area in question and wait for the market to move 1 daily atr away from there on day 4. That would be your signal to potentially follow the trend.

Example: For Xau, the ideal area to follow it from would have been if it fell to 1893 today.

My two cents....

Trade only at specific levels away from Friday of the previous week 's close
Suggestion is 0.5 daily atr or 1 daily atr away from Friday high or low.

That way, you either have no trade or one or two trades to make within that week.

Second option is to day trade only one or two pairs max, preferably negatively correlated pairs like eurusd and usdchf

Anything else na for senior men like dem PeterEgwu.

If he does, nothing else matters.

If he takes 5 trades and he loses 4 but his one win is 1: 10.

He is in profit and he keeps moving

PeterEgwu shoots for 200 pips on average, so if he risks 10 percent per trade and loses 4 in a row, with one win and a stop loss of 20 pips, he has made 60 percent of his acct.

The game is to know your skillset.

The only rule is what works.
