You should use PayDay Visa cards, not Mastercard. Card creation fee is 1 dollar and you need a minimum of 5 dollars to fund your card. That's what I started using recently.

I use it for Youtube Premium subscription.

Pls, I just want to confirm about payday, what's the exchange rate?

My major need is noise cancelation so I can use it even when my Gen is on and I can concentrate.

Check out Baseus headphones.
I use D02 pro, fairly okay, can use it for 1 week without charging. Just the noise cancelation isn't great.
