I would repeat again,fintechs are criminals,and I believed traditional banks are supporting them,Esp uba,most of them send otp via uba,won't be surprised they are getting it half of what they are selling to desperate users.

You have spoken the raw truth! The level of extortion from them is just unbearable!
As for that UBA, I see the bank as a perpetual accomplice in crime. I remember the day I went for their prepaid dollar card, they told me their annual maintenence fee is 19 usd, when other bank like Gt is charging 10usd.

I have both wema and providus. When I paid ₦965 per dollar last month as trial on AliExpress to know rate and providus was at the rate of ₦836, so yeah it's cutthroat. Even now fintech and wema give around ₦950ish Providus is at ₦902. So yeah that difference is still there and worse when wema will refund me, they gave me at the rate of ₦770ish but providus gave at the rate of ₦850ish. Wema is cutthroat to me

I had same issues with last item I ordered, it delivered on Monday just give it sometime I think they are failing to update the tracking
