Soludo is just a noisemaker, he carried many projects to impress Anambrarians with no much capital to power it. If u want to succeed as governor in Nigeria pls don't embark on so many projects if u don't have money to finish them, a case study of former Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha, he would have become the best governor in Nigeria if not that he embarked on so many projects which he didn't have enough capital to finance them. Rochas was willing to work and he has the best design project but because of no money he ended up with fake project to most of those numerous projects
