I really don’t know why Ontario went so high in yesterday’s / today’s tech draws ... I’m beginning to think the STEM draws might even be higher again
Just to be sure... This is not the normal tech invitation for people outside Canada, right? I checked the website and the last Human Capital Priorities stream invitation was on July 20.

After you got PPR you did not come back to help the community only to resurface with another question… smh…

Well, my previous posts are there to see if I supported the community or not. Many whom my detailed and well outlined PPR story and other follow up responses helped can testify to that. I remember one of my posts tagged on Page 1 showing how helpful I was.

Expecting those who got PPR years ago to consistently and continously show up here is like asking a graduate to keep living on campus just to show loyalty. When people tag us on questions, we show up.

People move on and priorities shift.

Shalom

House please kindly assist, I'm confused and I need your honest response.

I received Saskatchewan ITA on 16th of August and have to submit my application by October 15th but I have a challenge because I just heard the POF must be 90days and I just have to put my POF in order.
Can my application still fly even as my POF won't be up to 90 days.

Thank you in advance

How long did your application at RROC take? All my application parameters have been completed over a month now, yet they are taking forever to finalize.

Thanks

Please if you don't mind, share with us, in which of the select countries do you currently reside.? just curious.
As for POF, perhaps you could do a search in the forum as the question has been asked before (several times).

I just read somewhere that RROV can be very slow and take months even after all parameters are marked as completed. One said all his parameters were completed in May but just got PPR on 15th August. BTW, how did you know yours was RROC?

I called IRCC and they mentioned my application is with RROC. Other applicants with the same AOR date in other VOs already have their PPR. Its tiring.

At that time it was blamed on Covid but I didn't mind because the canadian economy was on lockdown and my friends in Canada advised me to wait even if it came out on time due to hiring freeze in most companies

Hello, pls where did you see the notification for the ỊTA? I'm in the Sask pool and my score is 67 but I didn't get any notification for ỊTA.

Per your question, I believe you can try doing a Gift deed.

I was informed through my mail and it's on my application.
Can a deed of gift work to show proof of fund because people have been saying, I should have put the money before I start the application.

Good morning guys.

I plan on claiming 3 years of work experience in filling up my express entry profile. I’ve been working at my current place of employment for almost two years now, and I have no issues with getting any reference letters or proof from there. However, my previous employer was my PPA during my service year and I was in their employment for a year. There, I was only paid for about 3 months until Covid struck and lock down was ordered, and I wasn’t paid by them from the remaining 9 months even though I worked from home. Would it be okay for me to rely on payments from NYSC and my PPA assignment letter (in lieu of a contract of employment) or any other NYSC-associated documents and letter of reference from my supervisor at the time but doesn’t work there any more (the owner of the organisation isn’t going to help in any way) in case I have to provide proof for this previous work?

The draw was a country specific draw. Saskatchewan don't accept gift deed. The only alternative is to use certificate of investment!

With IRCC it may be worth focusing on the transition to Canada and worrying less about IRCC. They will issue your COPR when they are ready. When I received my passport and COPR I was very happy that the expiry date was 11 months away (re-medical was done shortly before PPR). Gave me enough time to prepare, interview for jobs remotely and accept a good offer. The transition phase is very important though most people I know simply sold what they had and moved after receiving COPR. I don't believe in that though a story for another day.

Maybe get your former oga to write your letter....include his old ID and call card. If you were paid by NYSC for the 12 months, I think you should still be ok even if the PPA stopped after 3 months......hope I'm not mistaken. For NYSC the PPA may or may not pay...... for example if you were teaching in a public school for example, that school would likely not pay you any jara salary. You could include your bank statement of these monthly NYSC salary payments with the ref letter or leave it out and only provide if you get an ADR.

Option 2 is to wait until your current job covers for the 9 months deficit on the NYSC.

Also read page 1 FAQ 36 and the checklist on page 1 post 5 for what IRCC wants in your ref letter.

Hello everyone.

I would like to make an inquiry on French proficiency and would appreciate your responses.

Using authoritative CRS calculators online, I ascertained that my CRS score would be 453 with just my IELTS general training result. However, with above average scores in TEF, I’d be looking at an increase to at least 510.

I’ve been learning French for more than 3 years, and I’ve taken and passed DELF twice (for proficiency levels A2 and B1). I can get a tutor for TEF to take the exam before the end of the year.

What I would like to know is, would it be possible or me to create an express entry profile now and use just my IELTS result, and then later update my details to make French my first language to earn more points when my TEF result is out in a couple of months in order to make me eligible under the general draw and the French proficiency draw? Or I would have cancel my express entry account and create another one when I want to add the TEF result in a couple of months?

Thanks in advance for your helpful responses.

Page 1 FAQ 26 you can always edit your express entry profile.

Page 1 FAQ 50 for which one should be your first language, doesn't have to be French to qualify for French draws.

Also read page 1 post 4 for criteria for new category based draws.

In short..... all of page 1.
