Possibly the best lost opportunity for the Okun people to be residents of Lugard House in this generation.

It is noteworthy that the leadership of a Kogi State that the Okun people fought so hard to get carved out largely from Kwara State has become a mirage.

The next best opportunity is with Dino Melaye, but considering the perennial controversial/bloody nature of elections in Kogi, the Okun people will need more than sheer luck to win this one.

Smart's lawyers were not smart on this one.

I still don't understand why James faleke didn't run for governorship... He would have won with tinubu now has president.... Okun people won't vote for Dino.... And even smart... They've been around d corridors of power for years and have done nothing for d okun community.... In kogi west now... Old student union are now responsible for renovation of schs and providing pipe borne water... Which is d responsibility of dis so called legislators

Most political related cases should not have gotten to court if some lawyers are honest with their clients. Some cases are dead on arrival.

Truthful Statements but Nigeria ,as a Country has different agenda! If many Lawyers are to practice abroad- e g in Britain,they would have lost their licences because of unnecessary delays tactics in the Courts.That is part of the Corruption in our land! For delay is denial!
So many Cases between National Industrial Courts and the Appeal Courts, between High Courts and Appeal Courts and between Appeal Courts and the Supreme Court!- some are there since Decades! Many Retirees have died, without collection of their Pensions and Gratuities because the ' Big Companies' used their tentacles to buy time through Nigerian Lawyers!
Only God will help the Poor in Nigeria!
