I also reside at Ibadan,i can tell you i have move across SW and see things with my eyes.

His people need more jobs, his community need some empowerment and infrastructure, that money is best put into investment. You can get a Rolls Royce for 200k USD, and a PJ for about 300k USD, still small in the dollar millionaire circle.
