The president also approved the appointment of Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub to serve as the Director/CEO of the Directorate of Technical Aid Corps (DTAC).

“This follows the recent expiration of tenure of the former DTAC Director/CEO, Dr. Pius Osunyikanmi.”

LASMIRA is responsible for the regulation of utility infrastructure within the geographical boundary of Lagos state.

The Agency was set up by the Lagos state government law NO 13 of July and published in the official gazette NO 23 volume 37 of 27th August, 2004 by the then Governor Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Its relevant targets are oil and gas, fibre-optics, telecom masts and towers, water cables, electricity (over and underground) companies.

LASMIRA is aimed at ensuring standard and effectiveness in infrastructural development and maintenance in the state taking into cognisance the interest of the public health and safety.

It identifies challenges emanating from these companies and proffer proactive solutions required to maintain public infrastructure in the state.

LASMIRA is more than just regulations, rather the safety and health of the citizenry of Lagos is our responsibility.


She was the head of LASMIRA, an agency created by Governor Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu himself.

Mrs Coker Odusote is a tech enthusiast, who has over 15 years workability and experience. Her knowledge which has earner her to be the former special adviser to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Technology. Her career experience cuts across technology, she held key position in telecommunications company in UK, real estate/construction, Oil & Gas, Finance, Media and Advertising.

She presently sits on the board of IT Data Network Limited amongst other key positions home and abroad.

She is also the founder of a tech advancement initiative under The Bibi Coker Foundation which gives Education Grants for women studying STEM related degrees.


Young, bright and very smart, a very solid appointment by #PBAT.

And, yes, those complaining about the Yorubanisation of government probably have a point right now.

My own enquiries shows that little distinguishes this pretty 37 year old as an engineer or otherwise.

I am afraid the spin about her having 15+ years of industry experience has also been doing the rounds since 2019, at a time when she was only 33. Go figure!

You couldn't have put it any better, procuring NIN or making modification in your details is like the proverbial camel passing through the needle's eye. NIMC took 3 months to verify a modification to include my middle name and it cost me getting my full 3 years PGWP because I ended up using my almost expired passport to apply.

Illegitimate or Not, he is representing Nigeria globally as Nigeria president but doesn't change the fact that he rigged his way through(evidence full ground).

According to INEC, Obi won in Edo, cross river, Nasarawa, plateau, Lagos, Abuja, RIVERS, and delta with wide margins. That is 8states Outside the traditional 5states from the SE region. But here u are lumping everyone supporting Obi as people from SE 🤣🤣
