My Umidigi A11 Pro max get stuck at boot screen. As in it keeps switching off and on after showing the A11Promax and Android Logo.

I have tried flashing with a Stock ROM but still doing the same thing. Anybody with any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Having issues with my A11 pro max. My phone just suddenly went off while using it, I try on it back but after booting it indicates that the battery is dead but when I plug it to my power back it starts charging from the percent (60%) it was b4 it went off. What could be the issue and how do I solve this?

I have Umidigi A13 pro with bad screen for sale. The phone powers on and works perfectly but it doesn’t display due to the bad screen. It is extremely neat with complete accessories as it was gotten in march of this year. I priced the new screen and was told it’s 25k but I don’t have that kind of money to spend on a new screen since I have another phone I’m using. It is 6gb Ram/128gb Rom variant. The battery could get bad if you use quick charger that transfers too much current into it.

Though av done away with the follow-come charger, mine takes about 2hrs to charge from, say 15% to 100%. That's OK by me, and the phone is a year+ today.
