Did you always check the Draw on Liquidity before looking for setups? How does IPDA define and refine your expectations and entries? Not all ICT concepts are useful. They are all like guns of different shapes and sizes. Choose your preference and kill. Without bias one will be dancing rumba while the market is dancing cha-cha-cha. I like to agree with you say not all ICT concepts are useful...you are right, the creator of ICT himself can attest to that.
