Saying Nigerians Are Poor Is Wrong by Chingyyy878: 2:42pm On Aug 28, 2023 |
We really need to stop saying Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world. In my neighborhood, people are building mansions everyday despite the high cost of cement, there are lots of parents who still train their kids in expensive schools even in private universities. I feel 60% of Nigerians has nothing less than 1m in their bank account we just pretend a lot. Go to clubs, men still dey shut down. Go to travel section on Nairaland, you see people with millions of money in their bank account planning to travel and seeking advice. They all made the money in the county (Nigeria) . Nigeria might have its challenges but it doesn’t mean it’s the worst country. People are still living well and enjoying life to the fullest. 2 Likes |

Chingyyy878:Did you expect land to have no owner or what? This your example no make sense at all abeg! If one single owner owns 100,000 acres, and another owner clzims over 20,000 acress to himself, does that mean say there are about 120,000 landowners out there 2 Likes 1 Share |
