the big thieves are protected by the court while small thieves go to prison

why would anyone ask not to be investigated?its absurd!

The Nigerian politicians has bastardized the Judiciary. Any little arrest, they will head straight to court to get restraining order.

I don't know where this restraining order comes from and enters our law. In the past, there's nothing like restraining order against any suspect.

I think its high time to remove this very "RESTRAINING ORDER" from our LAW, if not, we are still playing in this Countr.

So, who removes it? Isn't this same of people who calculated well before introducing it?

After stealing Money or forging certificate go to court and get an injunction so no one can investigate you. The definition of Naija judiciary.

They intentionally inserted that clause into the law just to protect them against any wrong doing.
There's no hope in sight in this country.

The judges are the problem of this country, not the politicians

We need to move forward in this country, we are craving for a better Nigeria but some set of people who are benefiting from Nigeria don't want the betterment of the country. Nigerian Judiciary is becoming a big problem to the society always shading thieves from prosecutions.

Yes! It seems there's no hope but dt day will surely come, no matter how long it takes. We're only postponing d evil days by being loyal/supporting d evil ones among us but I tell u again, d day of liberation will come like a dream on these parasites who've been preying on d poor/sincere/hardworking masses.

i don't know what law these courts dey follow to prevent ICPC and EFCC from doing their jobs

If military eventually takes over this country, the judiciary should be held accountable, it appears they're the most corrupt, followed by the so call politicians whom they use the dark sides of the law to protect from punishment.
