BoldBrainz:I was actually educated from that post. I would start incorporating Ewedu into my meals. Any food The Mediterraneans people eat, forget it, it would be extremely healthy. When I schooled in the US, western countries people don't joke with Mediterraneans foods and oyinbos always pay premium for them as they are always recommended by nutritionists and doctors. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
