Sometimes my tiktok stops working. Like it won't display anything, like my data finished. It does it once in a while

It's your data. According to your screenshot, your device is sending data but not receiving data
In other words it's a poor network reception since you said you have got 1Gb left on data.

I just noticed it's bad network. It seems tiktok requires more stable network than others. Bcus with this particular network everything opens fluently except tiktok. But if I use another network it opens

ya. Ur correct bcus I used another phone network to connect it through wifi, and it was going fluently
