I could recall that someone here shared the exact date and time that the list would be published last year. And it happened that way. No delays.

So I don't understand this you people's submission that the information the lady shared here which contained no real confidential data is causing delays.

You don't know internal administration maybe, That document was dully signed by the ES of the Fund to be transmitted to the minister for state oil and members of the staff Co. Federal character among others.
Implications: concerned agencies have written to the fund already regards the letter. Just pray they get a waiver to proceed today or tommorow otherwise administrative sabotages will set in.

Blaming @FatimaMK is quite disheartening because it will make people with relevant information about the scholarship to refrain from sharing.
The letter she posted looks genuine and I think she may even be one the 2022 scholars (not sure though)
Infact, we know how Nigeria bureaucratic process delays in issuing approvals, not sayin that will be the reason for the delay, but that there are always many unknowns in this country

I know for sure that the list will be out and I am certain we all know that. So we wait

The letter shared did the whole damage? What of the email some people have been receiving with their application numbers and pictures, telling them to pay 1.5m for MSc and 3m for PhD?

Like I get ordinarily it would be termed scam email but how did the scammers get access to confidential information like the application numbers and photos and interfaces that looks like PTDFs saying shortlisted??

I agree the letter shouldn’t have been shared recklessly but that mail scares me more.

Do they correspond to actual application numbers? or they just spoofed it to give a sense of legitimacy. If I recall correctly PTDF published a list of interviewees and their corresponding numbers sometime last year - it could be that is what they used to give an impression that it is the current application
